Biography

Victoria Luna is the managing partner of the Florida office of Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo, LLP.  She holds
an undergraduate degree in Marketing and English from the University of Alabama and
graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she won a
moot court national championship. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Luna was a partner at an AmLaw
200 law firm.

Ms. Luna specializes in the gig economy and rideshare space and has extensive experience in
theme park litigation, premises liability defense, automotive defense, commercial litigation, and
adversarial bankruptcy proceedings.  She is a member of several professional organizations
including Claims Xchange and CLM and has spoken to multiple trade organizations on topics
like “Defending against Reptile Theory,” “Appealing to the Gen Y Juror,” and “Women in Law
and Leadership.”

Outside of the office, Ms. Luna serves on the board of the Creative City Arts Board and is an
active member of First Presbyterian Church of Orlando.  She enjoys volunteering with her
daughter’s school, playing tennis, long-distance running, and watching college football.
