Tabetha A. Martinez is a native Nevadan with experience clients in a wide range of civil litigation cases, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, and subrogation matters.
Ms. Martinez proudly serves on the Board of Trustees for the Clark County Law Foundation, and works as a pro bono attorney for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project. She previously served as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Joe Hardy, Jr. in the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court.
She is licensed to practice law in Nevada, California, and Minnesota. Ms. Martinez enjoys spending her free time with her partner Daniel and their dogs, Irene, Ada, and Ruth.
