Biography

Swetha Sajja is an experienced civil defense attorney with years of hands-on litigation experience handling complex, high-exposure matters, including trucking and transportation claims, premises liability, and automobile cases in Texas state and federal courts. Her practice is focused on developing strategic, cost-effective solutions for insurers, motor carriers, and corporate clients navigating complex liability and regulatory issues.

She has served as both trial counsel and as in-house counsel for a major commercial trucking insurance company, providing her with strategic, results-driven approach to defending cases and managing litigation efficiently. Having tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, Ms. Sajja brings a practical understanding of jury dynamics and opposing strategy, allowing her to position cases for favorable resolution or trial when necessary.

Ms. Sajja is a certified mediator and frequently leverages alternative dispute resolution as a tool to resolve cases while remaining fully prepared to proceed to trial. She is known for meticulous preparation, strong courtroom advocacy, and clear communication with clients.

Her commitment to trial advocacy began in law school, where she was actively involved in moot court and mock trial programs and further developed her courtroom skills through participation in summer trial academy.

Ms. Sajja is actively involved in the South Asian Bar Association and is committed to mentorship and professional development within the legal community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and prioritizing wellness.
