Nicole A. Collins is a highly experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Collins has successfully handled thousands of automobile liability, premises liability, labor law, and complex multi-party matters on behalf of insurance carriers, businesses, and individual clients. She is known for her strong courtroom advocacy, strategic case evaluation, and consistent results in high-exposure disputes.
Ms. Collins began her career at a prominent New York defense firm and later served as lead trial counsel for a major national insurance company, managing a substantial caseload from inception through verdict and appeal. She has achieved defense verdicts in challenging venues and routinely negotiates favorable resolutions at mediations and settlement conferences. In addition to her defense work, Ms. Collins operated her own plaintiff-side practice and notably negotiated a minor-league baseball contract with the Tampa Bay Rays.
Ms. Collins received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Marist College. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is also a New York State licensed Notary Public.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Collins enjoys volunteering, traveling and spending time with her husband and family.
