Mark N. Metri is a dedicated litigator who enjoys a broad civil litigation defense practice. Mr. Metri has handled all phases of the litigation process on behalf of clients including individuals, insurance carriers, and local businesses, from serving and responding to written discovery, to taking and defending depositions, to drafting pre-trial motions and appearing in court for everything from case management conferences to oral arguments. He prides himself on providing the highest level of legal expertise to each client and on communicating extensively with clients throughout the litigation process.
Mr. Metri received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2020, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2025. Before his admission to the California Bar, he gained substantial hands-on litigation experience, managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution and clerking for several California litigation firms and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He joined Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo, LLP as a law clerk and continued with the firm upon his admission.
Mr. Metri practices throughout California. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys golfing, bodybuilding, snowboarding, and trying out new outdoor hobbies.
