Biography

Since 2004, Kevin M. Casey has concentrated his practice in general litigation and currently is handling claims involving a variety of legal issues including personal injury, premises liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. Casey also has extensive experience in handling matters involving federal and state civil rights and focuses his practice within the gig economy space.

Presently Mr. Casey serves as a special prosecutor for LaSalle County and has previously served as a special prosecutor for Cook County, Will County and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois.  He regularly handles mediations, arbitrations, and litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Casey is engaged in all phases of complex litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda and briefs, discovery depositions, arguing motions, alternative dispute resolution and all aspects of trial preparation and trial.
