Kenneth S. Miller has years of experience defending some of the largest financial institutions in the areas of financial services, real property, and insurance. As a member of a leading Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Miller obtained hundreds of favorable judgments for his clients throughout California in both state and federal courts. He brings his talent and experience to assist with the handling of leading gig economy defense team. Mr. Miller’s experience litigating in California, and New York, has given him the ability to understand the impact national trends in litigation can have on our clients. Mr. Miller’s wide-ranging experience allows him to approach legal issues and challenges from multiple angles and perspectives and enables him to understand and communicate to his clients the fundamental issues as perceived by all parties to a case.
While in Law School, Mr. Miller was the editor-in-chief of the University of Hawaii Law Review and was the team captain of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. Before joining Before joining Burger | Meyer, LLP, Mr. Miller was an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP (New York).
In his free time, Mr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife and children, the endless hikes in Southern California, and rooting for the Lakers.
