Biography

Jordana Kahn is a seasoned litigator known for strong representation of her clients across a diverse range of liability defense matters, including general liability, third party automobile, and premises liability. With a reputation for delivering effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of her clients, Ms. Kahn represents a wide array of businesses – from small, privately-owned companies to large corporations, national insurers, and technology companies. 

Ms. Kahn has cultivated her extensive legal expertise through a variety of roles, including tenure at one the nation’s largest insurance defense firms; as in-house counsel for leading insurance companies; and as a prosecutor in Miami-Dade County. During her tenure as an assistant state attorney, Ms. Kahn tried over two dozen cases to verdict, and was a valued member of the Traffic Homicide Unit. Her exceptional contributions were recognized when Mothers Against Drunk Driving named her the 2017 recipient of the David Gilbert Award for Miami-Dade Prosecutor of the Year.

Ms. Kahn graduated magna cum laude from University of Miami School of Law, where she receied a merit scholarship and served as an associate editor at the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. Her achievements include prestigious internships with the U.S. Magistrate Judge William C. Turnoff, the special prosecutions division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as formal recognition by the FBI for outstanding assistance in connection with a large-scale investigation.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Kahn enjoys spending time with her husband and young children, exploring her passion for cooking elaborate meals, indulging in food tourism adventures, visiting wineries, and attending musical theater productions.

Ms. Kahn is admitted to practice in Florida and California.
