Elaine Marshall has over 10 years of experience representing clients in insurance defense, commercial litigation, auto litigation including trucking, personal injury defense, products liability, wrongful death litigation, and premises liability.
Ms. Marshall brings a wealth of impressive experience to the firm, having previously served as a valuable asset to a prestigious Fortune 100 insurance carrier. As a highly skilled trial attorney, she has first-chaired over 30 jury trials. Additionally, Ms. Marshall’s dedication and commitment to her clients have resulted in the resolution of hundreds of cases, always ensuring that her clients’ best interests are met.
Ms. Marshall graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was a Merit Scholar and Resource Editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review. During her time in law school and undergrad, Elaine was an active member of Phi Delta Phi, Texas Legal Society, Model Organization of American States, and Zeta Tau Alpha.
When not practicing law, Ms. Marshall enjoys time cooking, creating craft cocktails, and traveling with her husband, Matt, and her children, Brock and Charlotte. She is also actively involved in her community, having served on A Memory Grows’ Board of Directors for the past 6 years and is currently lead organizer for A Walk for Caroline’s annual 5k charity event.
