Mr. Jalbuena received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2021, where he served as a senior article editor for the Hastings Internal and Comparative Law Review, while also serving on the board for the local ethnic group/organization.
