Benjamin Zeng is a Partner at Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo based in Los Angeles with almost 20 years of litigation experience. During his career, he has gained extensive experience in a variety of settings, serving as trial counsel for national law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and small boutique law offices for both defendants and plaintiffs. As a result, he is able to bring a broad and unique perspective to his work.
Mr. Zeng has represented clients in diverse areas of law, including Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage, Labor & Employment, Class Action and Criminal Defense. He has extensive civil trial experience, including litigating over 10 civil jury trials and one criminal trial to verdict, and has helped clients achieve favorable resolutions in hundreds of other matters through his strategic and client-focused approach.
When not practicing law, Mr. Zeng enjoys traveling, playing basketball and following the NBA, experiencing live music and theatre, immersing himself in film and television, and taking his two rescue dogs on excursions.
