Saleem I. Belbahri is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Belbahri represented businesses, insurers, and national clients in a broad range of complex civil matters. His experience includes developing litigation strategy, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, participating in mediations, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial.
Prior to practicing civil litigation, Mr. Belbahri served as a deputy public defender with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, where he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience representing clients in complex criminal matters. His experience as a trial lawyer provides a strong foundation for evaluating cases, developing effective litigation strategies, and advocating for clients in complex disputes.
Mr. Belbahri is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and being out on the ocean.
