Samuel M. Lederman is a talented and dedicated litigator who enjoys a broad civil litigation practice. Mr. Lederman has handled all phases of the litigation process on behalf of clients including individuals, insurance companies, and local businesses, from serving and responding to written discovery, to taking and defending depositions, to drafting pre-trial motions and appearing in court for everything from case management conferences to oral arguments. He prides himself on providing the highest level of legal expertise to each of his clients and on communicating extensively with those clients throughout the litigation process.
Mr. Lederman received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2021, and his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Lederman argued before the Arizona Supreme Court as a certified limited-practice student in Silverman v. Arizona Department of Economic Security, and provided advice that resulted in the first Anti-SLAPP dismissal of criminal charges in Arizona. Prior to joining Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo, LLP, Mr. Lederman practiced at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, one of the largest law firms in the country.
Mr. Lederman practices throughout California. When he is not practicing law, Mr. Lederman enjoys playing guitar and piano, running and weightlifting, gardening, and cycling.
