Olivia F. Bivens is a Nevada-based attorney with experience helping clients in a wide range of civil litigation cases, including personal injury and insurance defense. She also has prior experience in estate planning, trusts and estate litigation, and guardianship.
Ms. Bivens proudly serves on the Board of Trustees for the Clark County Law Foundation and works as a pro bono attorney for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project and its Guardianship Program. Prior to practicing law, she spent over 23 years as a civil litigation secretary and paralegal, where she learned her passion for the law.
In her free time, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and traveling.
