Bryan A. Yasinsac is the managing partner of the Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo, LLP Florida office and focuses his practice on defending auto liability and commercial transportation cases ranging from fender-benders to catastrophic tractor-trailer accidents and transportation broker liability. Mr. Yasinsac has extensive experience in representing companies large and small as well as drivers, property owners, and insurance companies. Over the course of his career, he has tried many personal injury cases to verdict and handles matters from responding to large-loss accident scenes through appeal. Prior to joining Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo, LLP, Mr. Yasinsac was a partner at one of the Southeast’s top insurance defense firms where his practice focused primarily on defending commercial trucking clients and trial work.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Yasinsac enjoys swimming, watching college sports, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and golden retriever.
