Michael S. Moss is a partner in Burger, Meyer & D’Angelo, LLP’s Ladera Ranch office. He has over 25 years of civil litigation experience defending multi-million dollar corporations, high profile entertainers, television and movie producers, public entities, and private individuals in high exposure tort lawsuits filed in both state and federal court. Mr. Moss’s areas of expertise include product liability, complex catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, commercial trucking and motor vehicle accidents, defense of municipalities, premises liability including trespass, nuisance, and fire-related issues, dangerous condition of public property, and invasion of privacy.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family traveling, hiking,
swimming, and attending concerts around Southern California.
