Stephanie K. Guerra is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Guerra has successfully represented individuals, corporations, and national insurance carriers in a broad range of cases, including premises liability, product liability, toxic torts, construction defect, and landlord-tenant disputes. She is dedicated to protecting and defending her clients’ interests at every stage of litigation.
Ms. Guerra earned her Juris Doctor from University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served Executive Articles Editor for the Maritime Law Journal. During law school, she completed externships with the Department of Justice and at the San Francisco Superior Court. She received her B.A. in History from Arizona State University, where she graduated cum laude.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Guerra enjoys staying active through pilates, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
