Morgan S. Osborn is an associate attorney working out of the firm’s Orlando office. She has experience representing individuals and businesses in all phases of civil litigation with an emphasis on defending claims involving general liability, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and construction defects. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Osborn worked for a large defense firm handling a wide range of cases throughout the State of Florida. This experience provided her with early, hands-on exposure to complex litigation and a strong foundation in defense strategy, case evaluation, and client advocacy.
During law school Ms. Osborn was a legislator for her school’s Student Bar Association and treasurer for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Ms. Osborn also worked as the Pro Bono Liaison and was a member of the Multicultural Committee.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Osborn enjoys boating with friends and family and volunteering at her local animal shelter.
