Sequoia Evleshin is an associate at the firm’s San Francisco office and received his license in 2022. His career has focused on civil litigation including claims related to general liability, automobile liability and premises liability ensuring that his clients receive aggressive and effective representation from pre-litigation through trial including high-stakes multi-million- dollar cases.
Prior to his licensure, Mr. Evleshin spent over 27 years in civil litigation on both sides of the aisle gaining invaluable experience. His dual-faceted career provides clients with a distinct strategic advantage in that he has a real-world understanding of the motivations and methodologies driving opposing counsel. He leverages his experience to position his clients in achieving the most favorable outcomes whether at the negotiation table, in arbitration, or during a trial.
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Evleshin balances his professional life with a passion for physical fitness, particularly CrossFit, and his family. This dedication led him to achieve a #4 ranking in the world for the CrossFit Total in his 2022 age group’s Quarterfinal competition.
