Abigail C. Wasil is an experienced litigation attorney who represents corporations, insurers, and individuals in a broad spectrum of liability defense matters, including general liability claims, third-party motor vehicle litigation, and premises liability claims. Ms. Wasil is known for her belief that thorough, communicative preparation is the foundation of effective trial advocacy.
Ms. Wasil proudly serves as the Board Chair of The Joseph Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting survivors of human trafficking with pro bono legal services. Ms. Wasil also gives back to the community as a Board Trustee for a local school district.
Ms. Wasil is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Florida, the Supreme Court of the United States, and in the United States District Courts of Michigan.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, soaking up sunny days at the beach, and hitting the slopes to snowboard.
