Biography

Abigail C. Wasil is an experienced litigation attorney who represents corporations, insurers, and individuals in a broad spectrum of liability defense matters, including general liability claims, third party motor vehicle litigation, and premises liability claims. Ms. Wasil is known for her belief that thorough, communicative preparation is the foundation of effective trial advocacy.

Ms. Wasil proudly serves as the Board Chair of The Joseph Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting survivors of human trafficking with pro bono legal services. She also gives back to the community as a Board Trustee for a local school district.

Ms. Wasil is licensed to practice law in Michigan, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and Florida.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, soaking up sunny days at the beach, and hitting the slopes to snowboard.
