Will is an experienced litigator who defends corporate clients in a wide variety of personal injury, transportation litigation, fire loss, product liability, and professional liability actions. Prior to joining Burger | Meyer, LLP, Will was a partner at another national defense firm, where he worked for fourteen years. During that time, Will achieved the positive resolution of cases through dispositive motions, pretrial negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Will received his Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College in 2005 and his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis in 2009. While in law school, he served as editor of the Jurisprudence Review Journal, was a finalist in Moot Court, and won the Washington University Client Counseling Competition. In 2007 Will spent a semester at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands studying international law. He also served as a clerk for the First Circuit Court of Davidson County, Tennessee. In 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022, Will was named to the Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
In his free time, Will enjoys biking, going to baseball games and spending time with his wife and their dog, Oscar.
