Jodi Held is an experienced and skilled insurance defense litigator. Prior to joining Burger Meyer, she worked as trial counsel in Washington and Arizona for two of the largest Fortune 500 insurance companies.  Ms. Held has tried over 30 jury trials ranging from minor soft tissue cases to catastrophic injuries.  She has also participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations over her career.  In addition, she has mentored and led coaching sessions for junior trial attorneys.  Ms. Held began her career as a personal injury attorney representing Plaintiffs and gained incredible insight that has contributed to her success over the years as a defense attorney.

In her free time, Ms. Held enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, and volunteer work.
