Tabetha Martinez is an associate attorney with Burger | Meyer, LLP. Tabetha is a native Nevadan and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2011. Tabetha graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2016. After graduating from law school, Tabetha returned to Las Vegas to serve as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Joe Hardy, Jr. in the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court.
Tabetha is licensed to practice law in Nevada, California, and Minnesota, and has experience assisting clients in a wide range of civil litigation cases, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, and subrogation matters.
Tabetha proudly serves on the Board of Trustees for the Clark County Law Foundation, and works as a pro bono attorney for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project. Tabetha enjoys spending her free time with her partner Daniel and their dogs, Irene, Ada, and Ruth.
