Mr. Schwalbach received his J. D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2015, where he was awarded the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship, and he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts of California. Mr. Schwalbach was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2019-2021. This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state. The Rising Stars selection process involves peer nominations evaluated by professional achievement.

Mr. Schwalbach is widely respected among his colleagues on both sides of personal injury litigation because of his dedicated work ethic, candid communication and compassionate demeanor. When Mr. Schwalbach is not advocating on behalf of his clients, he spends his time with his wife and two young daughters.
