Erin Benler-Ward is an associate at Burger | Meyer, LLP. Erin is a skilled litigator who has represented individuals and companies in construction defect, medical and legal malpractice, personal injury, and premises liability cases. She has substantial experience with all stages of the litigation process from initial evaluation to mediation and trial. 

Erin is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Defense Lawyers, and the Women’s Construction Law Caucus. She is a past executive committee member of the SDCBA’s Animal Law section. Before attending law school, Erin gained substantial legal experience as a certified paralegal for a multi-state civil litigation firm.
